Ian Leonard

Having been in the real estate business for many years, I realize that the most important thing to my longevity and success is the satisfaction of my clients. The vast majority of my business comes from referrals and repeat business, and I am so very thankful for my clients trust and confidence.

As a native of Charlotte, I have spent much of my academic and professional career studying my hometown. While earning my Master’s Degree in Community Planning at UNC Charlotte, I concentrated my coursework on the Charlotte area and issues that I am passionate about. From studying transit-oriented development to affordable housing and parks, I have always kept an eye towards helping our community grow in ways that are of greatest benefit to us all. I believe that making positive changes in the lives of my clients and in our community is of utmost importance.

I currently reside in Plaza-Midwood but have also called Dilworth, Uptown, NODA, Belmont (the town), Lake Norman and Lake Wylie home so you can be sure that I am knowledgeable about your favorite based on real experience.
